Awesomeness Redefined: Drupal 7 Theming

Morten invited me to join him presenting about Drupal 7 theming. He ranted about "new things that any themer needs to know: Ugly Be Gone / Logic, Welcome to Drupal / Tiplphiphs Rules — Yup, Awesomeness +1 / Total Viking Power." I presented after he did, demonstrating the Bartik theme (new to Drupal 7) and explaining my design process.

Theming the Enterprise

In the spring of 2010, I found myself in a mosh-pit of 40 developers, developing dozens of Drupal sites at the same time. We moved a whole "enterprise level" corporation over to Drupal, rapidly theming without any visual designs. Hear about what I learned, and the strategy I created for best reusing code and coordinating the efforts of the team.
